Around 2013, I realized there wasn’t really a page on Facebook

where ranch employers and employees could post agriculture jobs and connect, so

I created a group. After a while of successfully operating the group, I started to

receive messages asking if I knew of anyone hiring or for hire. Pretty soon after

that, I started to receive messages from employers asking if I could post a quiet ad

for them (an anonymous ad). I started posting quiet ads, and from there I realized

that I am inviting people into the employer’s life (their properties, their homes,

around their families). That is when I realized that I could start running

background checks (to further protect the employer and their family). These

checks are optional, and I only investigate to see if there are any felonies. After a

couple years of helping ranch employers and employees find their pots of gold (so

to say), I decided to make this my passion and my business.
