Young Christian Couple with 2 children ISO Long Term Ranch Job
Preferences: Listing now so we don’t waste your time or ours.
—Large camp that is near a great, preferably small school
—Use of traditional, low stress animal handling afoot & horseback; minimal atv use.
—Allows use of personal horses: horses are our way to balance out/compensate for the pay in an industry that we so love. The horses allow us to save for our children’s futures. We currently pay for feed/hay for the extra horses that are not used daily on the ranch for the operation we currently work for. They also stay dry lotted. We can provide references as needed as we want our future employer to have full trust in how the horse deal works & know that we are not out to take advantage of our employer.
—Prefer no drinking/drug use work environment.
—We do work together with my husband as the main employee. I, the wife, fill the gap when needed during times like gathering, branding, doctoring, processing, etc. this has worked well for our current employer as he’s cut back on paying hands full day wages for jobs that only take a few hours here & there. We do have references that can testify on how we work together as we know & understand that not every couple can get along in a work environment.
—In good standing with our current employer. If we get far enough into the hiring process, his contact info will be given so that the future employer can gain the knowledge as to why we are looking for employment elsewhere.
